I've been a bit delinquent, so I'm going to break up this post because there are too many photos for one. It's been a busy 6+ weeks, and great weeks they've been! They included a very merry (1st for Corbett, and a 1st for us on Denton Road!) Christmas (in both MA and NJ), and a happy start to the New Year!
Corbett completed his 6th and 7th months with milestones like starting solids (which he isn't quite digging yet), sitting up on his own, and first teeth (bottom two). At his 6th month check-in with Dr Monica (which was closer to his 7th month), he weighed in at 19.6lbs, and measured 28". Growing steadily and strong.
John has been awesome and genuinely loves his brother and being a brother. He is so very excited to see Corbett when we go to school for pick up. John also had a really stellar report from Abbott for the first semester, and we are thrilled he is thriving. He's beginning to read, and really loving music, art, and science. He started swimming lessons and has already progressed into the next level after just two weeks.
I'm bragging, but that's what this blog is all about. So here are some photos, which will much more eloquently illustrate the last several weeks:
